Johanna's guide to extreme weather conditions:

1. Decide to go shopping for tea about a minute and a half before the rain sets in. And after careful consideration, skip the umbrella.

2. Think it's a brilliant idea to run to avoid getting soaked (...), even though you then can't see a thing with the rain in your eyes. Step right down into the biggest, deepest freakin pool of water ever.

3. Give up and curse loudly. Try protecting the tea package by covering it with optional pieces of wet clothing that you're wearing. Give up on that as well.

The easiest way of explaining it is that people who work in PR work at maintaining a companies posative image with its publics. There is a lot more to it than that, but basically that is the easiest definition i can provide.
